"ELLA" a new short film directed by Dan Chen, cinematographer Philips Shum, and producer Eric Cook. A successful Kickstarter project shot with a large-format camera, this indie film brings you an experience unique to epic action movies. Also featured on Short of the Week, Ella is an American coming-of-age story in the Midwest. Left behind by the same loved one, two Asian American youth search for connection in their small Midwestern town. Curious about how the film was captured?
