Wendy Bangura is a native of Sierra Leone, West Africa. This Sierra Leonean actress and Executive producer for her Award winning movie "The Entrapped" directed by Nollywood Actor Desmond Elliot has received International acclaim for her film "The Entrapped" award winning for Nollywood Critics Awards for best Director in Diaspora Desmond Elliot, and best Leading actress Syr Law and Golden Icons Academy Awards won for Best Cinematography in Diaspora Robert Peters, and best supporting actress Susan Peters.

Wendy first came into the spot light when at the age of 12 years old when she won beauty pageant in her former school back home in Sierra Leone Murray Deen preparatory school. Since then she has been recognized in beauty contest, fashion shows, live stage performance and drama. With the support of her loving family , Wendy continues to excel in all areas of the art. Miss Wendy Bangura attended Murray Deen Preparatory school in Sierra Leone.She is a graduate of Bladenburgh High school in Maryland , 2002. She majored Criminal justice and minor in Psychology in college. She was featured in the following hit block buster movie "The Entrapped", "Busted Life" she acted along side with Nollywood talented superstar Ramsey Noah, " Royal Dilemma 2", and "Coming from Africa". Miss Bangura was also the face of Award winning magazine Trendy Africa talks about herself and upcoming projects. Miss Bangura hobbies are traveling, acting, writing stories, sightseeing such as boat riding, listening to music, shopping, fashion and spending time with families and loved ones.
