11th Annual "Belle of the Ball" Prom Dress Collection Drive Runs Through April 5, 2015

Eleventh Annual "Belle of the Ball" Prom Dress Collection Drive Runs Through April 5, 2015

TEWSKBURY, Mass., Feb. 28, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Award season and red carpet fashion coverage can be a painful reminder that prom season is just a fantasy for families with limited financial resources. For the 11th year, Caring Partners' "Belle of the Ball" prom dress drive is back to help high school junior and senior girls who must choose not to attend this major life event due to financial constraints by collecting, cleaning and distributing prom dresses at no charge. To date, more than 2,300 girls have been outfitted since Belle of the Ball began in 2005.

The public is invited to help by donating good quality, gently worn or new prom dresses and like-new special occasion purses. These items can be dropped off at any of Anton's Cleaners 42 locations or Jordan's Furniture stores through April 5, 2015 (see and for store locations). Monetary and in-kind donations are also welcome to cover jewelry, makeup and prom-related items and services.

All dresses are cleaned by Anton's free of charge as a community service as a program of Caring Partners, Inc., a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization.

The program culminates in an event at Simmons College where deserving girls are invited for a day of personal shopping and pampering. Last year, over 400 girls participated in the invitation-only Boutique Day. Since attendance is by "invitation only," students must be pre-qualified by guidance counselors, teachers and social service agency personnel.

"No one should have to skip their prom, a momentous day, because they cannot afford a dress," said Arthur Anton Jr., COO, Anton's Cleaners and a founder of Belle of the Ball. "Belle of the Ball allows girls to dream big and look beautiful with the dress, purse, shoes and makeup to feel like a princess the night of the ball."

Last year, Anton's Cleaners collected 6,244 dresses as well as thousands of shoes, purses and makeup items from more than 1,000 individuals from local corporations, nonprofits, retailers, media partners and volunteers. Anton's Cleaners collected and cleaned the donated dresses, with cleaning services exceeding $231,965 in value, bringing the total donated to $1,473,824.

Promotional partners on board this year including Jordan's Furniture, FOX25, The Bull 101.7, Kiss 108 FM, JAM'N 94.5, and Wicked Local.

ENDcrowd Screens In Plain Sight On Sex Trafficking in the United States

As America Celebrates Women's History Month in March By 'Weaving the Stories of Women's Lives,' ENDcrowd Calls Attention to Sex Trafficking in the United States With Screenings of Empowering Documentary In Plain Sight
Film shares harrowing, real-life accounts of sex trafficking survivors as ENDcrowd raises awareness and funds to help women: To learn more or to fund a campaign:

RALEIGH, N.C., Feb. 27, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- As we reflect on the numerous contributions women have made in shaping the history and legislation of the United States during Women's History Month in March – this year themed Weaving the Stories of Women's Lives – is sharing the stories of courageous women whose names many don't yet know.

A nonprofit, crowdfunding platform focused on raising awareness and funding for the fight against human trafficking, ENDcrowd is the official fundraising partner of the empowering documentary, In Plain Sight, which is screening in select locations in March. The film serves to honor the survivors of these horrific crimes and as a call to action in combating sex trafficking in the US and around the world.

Through the eyes of women who have been there, In Plain Sight shares the stories of thousands of women and children forced, coerced or deceived into the commercial sex trade every year in the US and goes behind the scenes with the advocates who are working with these survivors to restore their lives and provide hope for their future.

"I was raised in a household of heroic women...I now live in a household of amazing women. As we honor women's contributions to American history, it is our hope that we will also rally in the name of heroic women who stood bravely against injustice and inequality to put a stop to human trafficking," said Joe Schmidt, founder of "It's a common belief that this is strictly a third-world country issue. But, this is an ongoing assault on basic human rights happening to women in our own country every day. These women need our help so that they can live healthy, happy lives and become the next generation of women to make a difference."

In Plain Sight, executive produced and narrated by award-winning singer/songwriter Natalie Grant, focuses on the work of six female abolitionists who founded non-profit, aftercare homes and assistance programs, which have had a profound impact on the survivors who share their harrowing experiences on screen. The film highlights stories of hope emerging from the darkness, while opening the eyes of Americans to the human trafficking issues that exist in the US.

In Plain Sight will screen in March in select locations across the country. For screening details or to purchase the DVD, visit

The Call It Spring x Mike Perry collaboration launches March 1st worldwide.

NEW YORK, Feb. 26, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Call It Spring is proud to announce the launch of its capsule collection created in partnership with Brooklyn artist and designer Mike Perry. This is the first collaboration of its kind for the young footwear and accessories brand, and a perfect combination of Perry's playful aesthetic and Call It Spring's youthful design.

The Call It Spring x Mike Perry collection features an exclusive and colorful print — titled Friends — on sunglasses, a backpack, a five-panel cap, an iPhone case and sneakers for him and her.

The shapes that make up the print came to Mike while he was sketching alone in a Tokyo diner. Feeling a bit homesick, he was inspired by his friends to create this unique print of colorful characters hanging out together. "My "Friends" print has always been special to me because of how it came about. I'm so glad it found a home," says Perry. "This is a really fun collaboration – I am able to channel my youth with a brand that loves creativity and sets no boundaries or restrictions."

"We are huge fans of Mike Perry's work, so we jumped at the opportunity to collaborate with him on this project. The Call It Spring x Mike Perry collection is everything the brand stands for – carefree, vibrant and affordable. Our customers always look for unique ways to express themselves, which is why they will love it!" says Emmanuel Amzallag, Divisional Vice President for Call it Spring.

The limited edition capsule collection hits March 1st, 2015, both online at and in select stores worldwide. The shopping bags will also be adorned with Mike Perry's "Friends" print. Prices range from $5.99 – $49.99.

Have A Sexy Bikini Shape in 21 Days With EXTREME Celebrity Trainer and "SuperMom" Autumn Calabrese

Bikini Competitor Takes Popular 21 Day Fix Program To The Next Level With 21 Day Fix EXTREME Celebrity Trainer and "SuperMom" Autumn Calabrese Is Back To Help Users Get Shredded in Just 21 Days with No-Nonsense Fitness and Portion Control Program

SANTA MONICA, Calif., Feb. 25, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Beachbody, the industry-leading developer of fitness and weight loss programs FOCUS T25®, P90X3® and INSANITY MAX:30®, announced today the launch of 21 Day Fix EXTREME – the follow up to celebrity trainer Autumn Calabrese's successful 21 Day Fix program. Calabrese's original program, combining no-nonsense exercise and a portion-control meal plan, was the country's highest performing direct-response product for nearly three months after its debut in May 2014. With 21 Day Fix EXTREME, Calabrese takes the intensity level even higher to deliver dramatic body-transformation results in just 21 days.

A competitive fitness model, Calabrese utilizes her personal competition-training program as the basis for this new, more intense version of the 21 Day Fix program. Similar to its predecessor, 21 Day Fix EXTREME offers seven 30-minute, boot-camp-style workouts designed to keep the workouts fresh and avoid dreaded plateaus that keep users from progressing toward their goals. Only this time, the intensity level is higher.

"With 21 Day Fix EXTREME, I wanted to create a program that is based on what I do to prepare for bikini competitions. This program takes both the workouts and Eating Plan to the next level. It really challenges you to see how far you can take your body in just 21 days," said Calabrese. "The results I've seen with EXTREME are awe-inspiring. If you are looking to shed fat, burn calories and eat clean, this is the program for you."

The Eating Plan in 21 Day Fix EXTREME differs from the original program by focusing on 100% clean eating, leaving no room for "cheat" foods that were allowable in 21 Day Fix. However, the secret sauce of the original 21 Day Fix program returns with the latest program. Its simple, one-of-a-kind, color-coded food containers make it easy for consumers to know exactly what and how much to eat to lose weight. The seven containers range in size and color, including green for vegetables, purple for fruits, red for proteins, yellow for carbohydrates, blue for healthy fats and cheeses and two orange containers for seeds and dressings. Consumers can fill each container to the top, eliminating the need to count calories.

21 Day Fix EXTREME is for anyone looking to see dramatic results in just 21 days. It is also perfect for 21 Day Fix and other Beachbody program graduates who have a solid baseline of fitness. This intensified program removes the guesswork from nutrition and fitness by combining a refined nutritional plan, steady-state aerobics, resistance training, and explosive power moves targeting every muscle in the body.

Available at or through a Team Beachbody Coach, the 21 Day Fix EXTREME "Essential" kit comes complete with a 21-day program including seven workout routines on two DVDs. The program also provides the seven color-coded containers, a Shakeology® shaker cup, the 21 Day Fix EXTREME Eating Plan, and free online support at 21 Day Fix EXTREME's cutting-edge workouts include Plyo Fix EXTREME, Upper Fix EXTREME, Pilates Fix EXTREME, Lower Fix EXTREME, Cardio Fix EXTREME, Dirty 30 EXTREME and Yoga Fix EXTREME.
