"Roma" tops all the predictions for the most likely winners of the 91st Oscars.
Academy Award winning director, Alfonso Cuarón's "Roma" just won the 2019 BAFTA Awards for Best Film, Best Film Not in the English Language, Best Direction and Best Cinematography held Sunday night of February 10, at the Royal Albert Hall in London, United Kingdom.

Creating for Augmented Reality
Civilisations AR brings artifacts of ancient civilizations to life, from Renaissance masterpieces to ancient Egypt. The project is a collaboration between BBC Arts, BBC R&D, Nexus Studios and about 30 museums and galleries in the U.K. The concept came, in part, from a 2017 BBC Two series called Civilisations, a 10-episode show looking at 5,000 works of art over the course of human history.

Stephanie Linus Gets Special Recognition for "DRY" at the Black History Month Ahead of Pan African Film & Arts Festival (PAFF) Screening
"Dry", the film which was written, produced and directed by Stephanie Linus is in 2019 still making great impact around the world. The movie has been selected to screen for the second time at the highly coveted Pan African Film & Arts Festival (PAFF) in Los Angeles, USA this February, and as a prelude to the festival, Mrs Linus was recognized at the first ever Blacks In Cinema presentation. The event took place at the Los Angeles City Council Chambers yesterday.
Last Sunday, after twelve days filled with the best of worldwide independent cinema, the International Film Festival Rotterdam closed.

Zhu Shengze won the Tiger Award with her "Present.Perfect.", a film that – according to the jury – “takes audiences to places we’ve never been” and which “expands the cinema’s language with new grammar”. "Take Me Somewhere Nice" by the Dutch Ena Sendijarević won the Special Jury Award for “portraying a journey with a unique and exacting personal vision”. Aya Koretzky’s "A volta ao mundo quando tinhas 30 anos" won the Bright Future Award, Anna Eborns' "Transnistra" won the VPRO Big Screen Award, and Nadine Labaki’s "Capharnaüm" won the BankGiro Loterij Audience Award. Finally, a celebration of the power of short film in the Ammodo Tiger Short Competition. We presented three equal prizes to Wong Ping's "Fables 1" by Wong Ping, "Ultramarine" by Vincent Meessen, and "Freedom of Movement" by Nina Fischer and Maroan el Sanim, all of which take home the Ammodo Tiger Short Award.

"The Pilgrim’s Progress" Movie Ready for Easter in More than 700 Theaters in America
This Easter (on our one-year anniversary) we will launch The Pilgrim’s Progress movie in more than 700 theaters in the USA alone. We will also be making a major announcement concerning our Animated Bible Series that we know you will be very excited to hear. We had a blessed year in 2018, and we look forward to witnessing what God brings in 2019.John Bunyan’s 1678 fictional classic The Pilgrim’s Progress, which has been translated into 200 languages and is sometimes called the first English novel. The goal is for Heavenquest to be the first of several films based on the book.
