The Two Highest Priced Nigerian Books in 2018

Two of my books, the first edition of the #NOLLYWOOD MIRROR®Series and The Victory of Muhammadu Buhari and the Nigerian Dream became the highest priced contemporary Nigerian books by book traders in the world, selling for more than US$2, 300 and US$2, 200 respectively per copy for the paperback version on Amazon Mexico with 90-94% positive ratings by over 2, 000 sellers.

These books on the Nigerian film industry and political leadership in Nigeria are now collector's items. The first edition of the NOLLYWOOD MIRROR®Series is a very important book, including full coverage of the 2013 Africa Movie Academy Awards (AMAA) that celebrated Pan Africanism, winners of @AMVCA of Multichoice Africa, the masterpiece essay, "Is Nollywood Documentary?" by Femi Odugbemi, the most recognised Nigerian documentary filmmaker and film scholar in the world and the only Nigerian man among the Voting Members of Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences (AMPAS); a feature on AMAA by Shaibu Husseini, the Head of Board of Jury of the Africa Movie Academy Awards, Chairman of the College of Screeners and a member of Federation of International Film Critics (FIPRESCI) (Secretary General, Nigerian faction)
Federation of African Film Critic, (Secretary General, Nigerian faction)
It also featured the iconic Queen of Nollywood, Omotola Jalade-Ekeind and 20 of the best Nigerian filmmakers. Now you can see why the first of edition of my NOLLYWOOD MIRROR®Series is highly priced.

"The Victory of Muhammadu Buhari and the Nigerian Dream" documented in articles and colourful photographs the historic 2015 presidential election in Nigeria that was the first time an incumbent President of Nigeria was defeated in democratic elections, including articles on the defeated former President Goodluck Jonathan, GCFR; and the Al Capone of Nigerian politics, former President, Chief Olusegun Obasanjo, GCFR and the victory of President Muhammadu Buhari, GCFR with text messages sent to me on the bloody elections in Rivers State.
