University of Port Harcourt's Nollywood Film Workshop Produces New Movie "Dirty Crown"



"Who says good and quality films can't be produced without stars?" Dr. Chika Onu asked as the University of Port Harcourt's Nollywood Film Workshop concluded last Monday May 28, 2018 with the production of  "Dirty Crown" and other movies.

Three out of the four groups that produced feature films during the one week workshop have wrapped their productions and have started the post production.
"The movies will be available for local and international film distribution," said Dr. Chika Onu, Chairman of the Local Organising Committee. He is the celebrated director of part two of the groundbreaking Nollywood blockbuster movie, "Living in Bondage" and "Glamour Girls", the first English language Nollywood blockbuster in the early 1990s, followed by more than 80 other bestselling movies for which he won several local and international awards.
