THE LAST WORD is a dramedy starring Shirley MacLaine as a controlling retired businesswoman who wishes to write her own obituary before she dies. She enlists the help of a young journalist played by Amanda Seyfried who ends up searching for the truth, only to be surprised by their burgeoning friendship. The film co-stars Anne Heche (HUNG,) Thomas Sadoski (JOHN WICK,) Joel Murray (MAD MEN,) Philip Baker Hall (HARD EIGHT.)  The director is Mark Pellington (ARLINGTON ROAD, GOING ALL THE WAY.)  Bleecker Street will theatrically release the film in the US in March 2017.
