Where is Devon Aoki?
The last time I checked she has just lost her role to Japanese actress Rila Fukushima as a mentor to Stephen Amell's title character in the DC Comics crime-fighter "Green Arrow".
Devon Aoki was the rave of the moment for years since she was discovered at the tender age of 13 when famous supermodel Kate Moss became her godmother and signed to Storm Model Management at age 14. And at only 16, she replaced Naomi Campbell as the face of Versace in 1998.
Aoki was born in New York City in 1982, the daughter of Japanese Hiroaki "Rocky" Aoki, (a former wrestler and the founder of the Benihana restaurant chain and owned it until his death on July 10, 2008) and Pamela Hilburger, a jewelry designer and a painter of German and English heritage.
Aoki featured in several movies, including as Anna in "Rosencrantz and Guildenstern Are Undead", 2009; as Cpl. Valerie Duval in "Mutant Chronicles", 2008; as Kira in "War", 2007; as Mermaid in "Friendly Fire" (Video),2006; as Kasumi in "DOA: Dead or Alive", 2005; as Miho in "Sin City", 2004; as Dominique in "D.E.B.S.", 2003; as Suki in "2 Fast 2 Furious", 2003; and as Picasso in "Death of a Dynasty". Then her career and fame started waning with her lackluster life since she got married to James Bailey and they now have two children Hunter born in June 2011 and Alessandra born in February, 2013. But Aoki bounced back on the front page lounging on a giant fish held up by male model Paul Bochein in Kenzo’s Spring 2014 Campaign with the aquatic theme of fish and ocean.
