Hijab is Not An Islamic Dress

Many ignorant people with little or no knowledge of history have been mistaking the popular Hijab as an Islamic veil for Muslim women. And they think Islam introduced the Hijab, but they are wrong. Because the Hijab has been in existence even before Christianity and common among women in the Middle East.

Jewish women wore Hijab even before the birth of our Lord and Messiah Jesus Christ. And Hijab was common in Arabia before Prophet Mohammed was even born. And no where did he say in the Koran that the Hijab is compulsory for all female Muslims. Therefore, it is not by force for Muslim girls and women to put on Hijab.
