Black Girls Ride Founder Porshce Taylor, led the group of all female riders through the streets of downtown New Orleans in a bright pink Polaris Slingshot®. The ultimate show of girl power culminated with an outdoor party and included a Polaris Slingshot giveaway to one lucky female rider from Illinois.

"The trip to New Orleans put the spotlight on the growing family of African-American and female motorcyclists in the U.S.," Taylor said. "We are superheroes on the road. We now have tremendous momentum to empower even more women across the country who want to celebrate their femininity and individuality by joining this motorsport movement."

Polaris Slingshot ® is a proud supporter of BGR and sponsors the group's cross-country trek, recognizing the growing presence of women in motorsports and embracing BGR's role as a leader in women's motorsports.
