"Black Panther" Deserves Nomination for an Oscar for Best Visual Effects

The phenomenal record breaking Marvel Studios' Black Panther became the first superhero movie to be nominated for a Best Picture Oscar for the 2019 annual Academy Awards (Oscars) with a total of seven nominations, including Best Costume Design, Best Sound Mixing, Best Sound Editing, Best Original Score, Best Production Design, and Best Original Song. But I am surprised it was left out of the nominees for the Academy Award for Best Visual Effects.

The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences (AMPAS) has stated that the criteria are:
(a) consideration of the contribution the visual effects make to the overall production and
(b) the artistry, skill and fidelity with which the visual illusions are achieved.

The visual effects in "Black Panther" qualify to be nominated for an Oscar for Best Visual Effects when compared with the visual effects of the nominated films:
Avengers: Infinity War
Christopher Robin
First Man
Ready Player One
Solo: A Star Wars Story.

Can film critics review all the films again? And see if their visual effects are better than the intricate cinematic visualisation of the "Black Panther".
