First Dolby Forum for Nollywood and the Nigerian Entertainment Industry Held in Lagos



The first Dolby Forum for Nollywood and the Nigerian entertainment industry held yesterday at the Radisson Blu Anchorage Hotel on Victoria Island, Lagos.


The forum was successfully endorsed by Chioma Ude, Founder and CEO of the African International Film Festival (AFRIFF) and Cofounder nvivo TV and iCinema.


The introduction and audiovisual presentation of Dolby Laboratories; Dolby Atmos and Dolby Vision by Quinton Schmidt, the Regional Manager of Dolby for Africa and Vikram Joglekar from Dolby India were comprehensive and informative. Top Nigerian filmmakers, producers, sound engineers, actors and others, including Kunle Afoloyan; Mildred Okwo; Tunde Ajijedidun, MD/CEO - Digitrack Limited; Wale Ojo, JLeo Uche; Nunnsi Ojong and one of Africa's best rock musicians, Dabyna Poll-Abraham participated in the forum with special focus on project collaboration.
