No Man Can Cheat On A Woman if the Other Woman is Not A Fool

It is not men cheating that is the problem, but the women who betray their fellow women by sleeping with married men.
~ Ekenyerengozi Michael Chima, May 29, 2014, Lagos, Nigeria.

Only a foolish immature and insecure woman will sleep with a married man.

Over the years I have studied all the so called excuses and reasons why men and women cheat and I found that in most cases, only immature and insecure lovers and spouses cheat on themselves for the following two reasons:

1. Emotional Immaturity/Insecurity.
2. Financial Insecurity.

The old wives lie of cheating, because their husbands cannot satisfy them in bed is no longer a good excuse today, because of the regular supply of cheap libido boosting foods and medicines that can give any man the energy to satisfy any woman 24/7.
Therefore, no woman can lie again that her man cannot satisfy her.
If you no longer want to sleep with your man, then please leave him alone in peace instead of cheating on him.
Love is not by force.
It would be better for you to leave in peace than leave in pieces.

Financial insecurity is the most common reason among poor people, because there are still millions of men willing to pay poor girls and women for sex and as long as we still have men willing to pay for sex, prostitution will never end. Because, whether she admits it or not, any woman who accepts gift or money for sex is a prostitute. Therefore, the day a married woman agrees to sleep with another man for payment in cash or kind, she has become a prostitute. And the worst thing that can ever happen to a married man is when your wife becomes a slut or a prostitute. Just end the marriage.
The most dangerous woman to sleep with is the one who cheats on you. You are sleeping with your enemy.

Any woman who succumbs to the sexual harassment of a married man is betraying another woman.
How would you feel if you were in her place?
Of course, you cannot be happy whenever your man leaves you for the arms, breasts and loins of another woman. And every woman who betrays another woman is cursed.
May you never allow any man to use you to cause the unhappiness of another woman in the world.

Twerking Originated in Nigeria and not America

Twerking is the rave of the hip hop dance halls in the United States and no thanks to Beyoncé Giselle Knowles-Carter and Miley Cyrus who have failed to give credit to the originators of the Art of Twerking, Nigerian female dancers.
Let us put the records straight once and for all on the origin of twerking.

Twerking did not originate from New Orleans as many American hip hop artistes and reporters claim, but from the backyard of the Kalakuta Republic of the legendary King of Afro Beat, Fela Anikulapo-Kuti since 1970 and can be seen in the video of his live concert on stage in Calabar in 1971 and more pronounced during his live shows at his African Shrine in Lagos where his queens displayed the art of twerking your buttocks in sexually provocative manner involving thrusting hip movements and a low squatting stance. Yeni Kuti is alive and well to confirm it, because she was there with her father when his queens were twerking during their rehearsals for the choreography of Fela's Afro Beat. And my elder sister Mrs. Chiyenre Pauline William-West who was once one of the queens can confirm it.

Fela oversees rehearsal (Photos by Janet Griffith).

Twerking is also Mapouka, the sexy dance from the Dabou area of southeast Côte d'Ivoire that originated with the Aizi, Alladian and Avikam people. And appropriately called "la danse du fessier" or "the dance of the behind". And the second video shows a young Nigerian woman twerkiing better than Beyoncé Giselle Knowles-Carter and Miley Cyrus and all twerkers in the entire United States of America.

Chika Anadu's "B for Boy" Wins Two Prizes at 2014 Africa Movie Academy Awards

Emerging young Nigerian filmmaker Chika Anadu, Breakthrough Award winning first feature “B for Boy” won two awards for Best Film In An African Language and Best Film For Women Empowerment Saturday night at the 10th Africa Movie Academy Awards (AMAA) held at the Dr. Gabriel Okara Cultural Centre in Yenagoa, the capital city of Bayelsa state in Nigeria.

"B For Boy" won the 2013 Breakthrough Award with US$5,000 cash prize at the AFI FEST 2013, American Film Institute's annual celebration of international cinema from modern masters and emerging filmmakers.

The realistic contemporary Nigerian drama in Igbo language focuses on the prerogative of the male child in Igbo society and one woman's desperate need for a male child; which reveals the discrimination of women in the names of culture and religion.
Starring Uche Nwadili, Nonso Odogwu, Ngozi Nwaneto and Frances Okeke.

It never occurred to me to make B for Boy in anything other than Igbo. It's a family drama, and we mostly speak Igbo in my family, so it didn't make sense to me to make it in English. My favourite films are in languages I don't understand, and it didn't stop me from enjoying them.

As a filmmaker you make your films with the audience you want to attract in mind. The audience I'm targeting doesn't care about the language spoken in the films they watch. They're interested in more important things like story, performance, cinematography etc.
Nollywood is a genre, and not the entire Nigerian film industry. However none of the 'New wave' of directors in Nigeria would know what was possible without the Nollywood model, so I'm grateful to them for showing us that our stories are of interest to people other than Nigerians. I would describe myself as a filmmaker, period.

Chika Anadu was born in Nigeria in 1980 and attended school in Lagos before heading to the UK in 1997, where she gained her degree in Law and Criminology. She followed up her undergraduate studies with an MA in Africa: Human and Sustainable Development. She has made three short films: Epilogue (2009), AVA (2010) and The Marriage Factor (2013). Chika was one of five winners of the Focus Features Africa First programme in 2010. She took part in the Cinefondation (Cannes Film Festival) Residency programme in 2010/2011, where she worked on her first feature script for the LFF 2013-featured B For Boy.

Nigerian American Rick Famuyiwa and Academy Award Winner Forest Whitaker Team Up for "Dope"

Indiewire's Shadow and Act reports that Nigerian American Rick Famuyiwa is teaming up with one of his Our Family Wedding stars, the famous Academy Award winner Forest Whitaker to produce his new film Dope.

Whitaker won an Academy Award, a Golden Globe and a BAFTA for his unforgettable portrayal of Ugandan dictator Idi Amin in the 2006 film The Last King of Scotland.

Whitaker's Significant Productions (along with partner Nina Yang Bongiovi), as well as Pharrell Williams are all producing the film, which Famuyiwa has written and will direct, with a summer 2014 production start date eyed, in Los Angeles.

Dope's synopsis reads:

Malcolm Adekanbi is an anomaly, a "geek living in the bottoms," the drug-infested, gang-run ghetto part of Inglewood. A victim of circumstance, but with admirable ambition, Malcolm gets caught in the crossfires of a drug buy gone bad. Using his wits and considerable smarts, he manages to take a dicey situation and make it work in his favor.
